We can collect and return your device, contact-free at your door, at no extra charge. Once a diagnosis is made, we will discuss the price with you and ask your approval before proceeding. When the repair is complete, we phone you to arrange a contact-free return. When you are completely satisfied, you pay for the repair.​

YOU DROP OFF

We accept contact-free drop-offs at our door, by appointment only. Once a diagnosis is made, we will discuss the price with you and ask your approval before proceeding. When the repair is complete, we phone you to arrange a contact-free collection. When you are completely satisfied, you pay for the repair.​

REMOTE SUPPORT

There are many software issues that can be resolved remotely. This involves us taking remote control of your device directly from our workshop to your home or business over the internet and work as if we were sitting in front of it. This service is only available if your device boots up and can connect to the internet. As long as we don’t have to physically deal with your device, this service is the way to go and we can usually complete this on the day you call us. When your issue is resolved and you are completely satisfied, you pay for the repair.

NO CALL-OUT FEES​​

Save time and fuel costs when you require our services. You don’t have to bring your device to us – we bring our services to you!  We offer onsite device repairs and services so there’s no need for you to leave your home – absolutely free of extra charges.

free diagnosis

We offer FREE DIAGNOSIS of your problem and an estimated price for repair based on your description of the fault. When your device is in our workshop we can assess the problem more accurately. Occasionally the fault is different to what we initially anticipated. If the cost is less, then we pass the saving on to you. If the repairs are more complex than expected, we will provide you with a more accurate quotation. It will be your choice whether or not to proceed.

If you decide your device is not cost-effective to repair, there will be nothing to pay. In this situation you may request our Data Transfer service to move all your data from your old device to a new device, USB drive or external hard drive so you won’t lose any of your important files.

Frequently asked questions

How long will it take for you to repair my device?

Most repairs can be completed the same day. Some may take a few days if a specific part needs to be ordered in but we will always keep you updated.

Will I lose my data?

Ultimately it is your responsibility to backup any important data before handing your device over to us and we take no responsibility for data loss. However we will secure your data before proceeding with your repair to avoid any loss.

How do I know if my device can still be repaired or if I need to buy a new one?

We can diagnose your device to see what repairs it needs. Depending on the condition, we will evaluate whether it’s more practical to repair it or purchase a new one. If you decide to buy a new device, we can also assist you with this.

I believe my computer has been infected by a virus. What can I do?

You can give us a call and we will reverse the damage caused by viruses, malware or spyware and even give your device a thorough healthcheck at the same time.

My device isn’t working but I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Can you still help?

Yes. It is our job to diagnose what’s causing your device to malfunction. Just give us a call and we will identify the problem.

How do I pay for your services?

Once your repair is complete and you are completely satisfied you can pay by cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Paypal, bank transfer or cheque.

Do you have computer parts for sale?

Yes. You can buy your new and used spare parts from us.
