During these challenging times, we would like to reassure you that we are still available to help you with your IT issues. Your personal devices have now become essential for allowing you to continue to work or study from home, to stay in touch with family and friends, and to shop online.
We can Collect and Return your device, contact-free, at your door or workplace, at no extra charge. If you would prefer, you can Drop-Off your device, contact-free at our door, by appointment only. The use of masks and hand sanitiser is standard practise here. Your device will be cleaned to a high standard using antibacterial wipes before being returned to you.
We also provide a Remote Support service for software issues. This involves us taking remote control of your device directly from our workshop over the internet to your home or business. This service is only available if your operating system loads and you can connect to the internet.
