Laptop Lifeline provides professional computer repair services to home and small business users in Maidstone and the surrounding area. We specialise in laptop and PC diagnostic and repair of both hardware and software issues.
As a company we have been trading since 2013, however our staff have been involved in the computer repair industry for many years. Our wealth of training, knowledge and experience means we are able to provide you with the best level of service and advice available.
We predominately operate as a call-out service, bringing our expertise directly to your location. For more complex repairs, we also operate a fully equipped workshop. Our workshop is home-based, which means we do not have the huge overheads of other repair companies. These savings are reflected in our prices which is great news for our clients. We also provide remote support to fix a whole range of software problems, maintenance and perform diagnostics remotely.
Much of our business comes from the personal recommendations of our happy clients. We regularly receive positive feedback about the convenience of our flexible working hours and free local call-out service, especially from clients with young families or those with mobility issues.

Our ethos
At Laptop Lifeline we actively promote the reuse, repair and recycling of devices to prevent them ending up in landfill.
Unfortunately we live in a throw-away society – but times are changing and there is a growing awareness that we all need to be kinder to our environment.
It is true that after a time tech goes out of date, and may no longer update or handle newer software, so replacement is necessary. However many devices are thrown out simply because owners believe them to be irreparable or too expensive to repair. For this reason we offer a no obligation free diagnosis and quote. The repair cost is usually far less expensive than buying new and you also save time choosing, purchasing and setting up a new device.
Since starting our business in 2013, we have saved thousands of devices from landfill and given them a new lease of life.
