I had a fault charging point on my laptop which needed repairing. Sue responded to my enquiry quickly and ordered the part in. She had my laptop repaired in no time at all and at a reasonable cost. She took the time to show me the old component, give some advice on caring for the laptop and while she had it apart, gave it a mini service - removing a few years of dust to prevent it from over heating! I've since used the laptop for a few hours, charged it again and happy with the repair! Sue insisted that if there are any problems with the repair, to get in contact. Great service and would highly reccomend.
