We bring our services to you which saves you time and fuel costs. We can complete most repairs at your home or office. Depending on the issue, we may need to take your device away for diagnosis. Payment is due when your issue is resolved.

REMOTE SUPPORT

This service is only available if your operating system loads and you can connect to the internet. There are many software issues that can be resolved remotely. We take remote control of your device over the internet. Payment is due when your issue is resolved. Remote Support is charged at £20.00 per hour.

WE COLLECT

We can collect your device free of charge. Once a diagnosis is made, we will provide a quote and ask your approval before proceeding. When the repair is complete, we phone you to arrange a return. Payment is due upon return.

YOU DROP OFF

We accept drop-offs by appointment only. Once a diagnosis is made, we will provide a quote and ask your approval before proceeding. When the repair is complete, we phone you to arrange a collection. Payment is due upon collection.

When you call us, we can give you a repair quote based on your description of the fault. When your device is in our workshop we may find the fault is different than anticipated. If the cost is less, we pass the saving on to you. If the cost is more, we will provide an updated quote. It will be your choice whether or not to proceed.

If you decide your device is not cost-effective to repair, there will be nothing to pay. In this situation, we offer our Data Transfer service to move all your data from your old device to a new device, USB drive or external hard drive so you won’t lose any of your important files.

How long will it take for you to repair my device?

We aim to complete a repair within 24 hours. If a replacement part is needed, we keep many standard parts in stock to achieve a faster turnaround time. For the parts we don’t hold, we have built a list of trusted suppliers who deliver quality assured parts within a few days. All our replacement parts come with 3 months warranty for peace of mind.

How do I know if my device can still be repaired or if I need to buy a new one?

We can diagnose your device to see what repairs it needs. Depending on the condition, we will evaluate whether it’s more practical to repair it or purchase a new one. If you decide to buy a new device, we can also assist you with this.

Will I lose my data?

Ultimately it is your responsibility to backup your important data before handing your device to us. As a precaution we will secure your data before proceeding with your repair. However, we take no responsibility for data loss.

I believe my computer has been infected by a virus. What can I do?

You can give us a call and we will reverse the damage caused by viruses, malware or spyware and even give your device a thorough healthcheck at the same time.

My device isn’t working but I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Can you still help?

Yes. It is our job to diagnose what’s causing your device to malfunction. Just give us a call and we will identify the problem.

Do you have computer parts for sale?

Yes. You can buy your new and used spare parts from us.
