We accept contact-free drop-offs at our door, by appointment only. Once a diagnosis is made, we will provide a quote and ask your approval before proceeding. When the repair is complete, we phone you to arrange a contact-free collection. Payment is due upon collection.

REMOTE SUPPORT

This service is only available if your operating system loads and you can connect to the internet. There are many software issues that can be resolved remotely. We take remote control of your device directly from our workshop over the internet. Payment is due when issue is resolved.

free CALL-OUT

Save time and fuel costs when you require our services. You don’t have to bring your device to us – we bring our services to you.  

We offer on-site device repairs and services so there’s no need for you to leave your home.

free quote & diagnosis

When you call us, we can give you a repair quote based on your description of the fault. When your device is in our workshop we may find the fault is different than anticipated. If the cost is less, we pass the saving on to you. If the cost is more, we will provide an updated quote. It will be your choice whether or not to proceed.

If you decide your device is not cost-effective to repair, there will be nothing to pay. In this situation, we offer our Data Transfer service to move all your data from your old device to a new device, USB drive or external hard drive so you won’t lose any of your important files.

How long will it take for you to repair my device?

We aim to complete a repair within 24 hours. If a replacement part is needed, we keep many standard parts in stock to achieve a faster turnaround time. For the parts we don’t hold, we have built a list of trusted suppliers who deliver quality assured parts within a few days. All our replacement parts come with 3 months warranty for peace of mind.

How do I know if my device can still be repaired or if I need to buy a new one?

We can diagnose your device to see what repairs it needs. Depending on the condition, we will evaluate whether it’s more practical to repair it or purchase a new one. If you decide to buy a new device, we can also assist you with this.

Will I lose my data?

Ultimately it is your responsibility to backup your important data before handing your device to us. As a precaution we will secure your data before proceeding with your repair. However, we take no responsibility for data loss.

I believe my computer has been infected by a virus. What can I do?

You can give us a call and we will reverse the damage caused by viruses, malware or spyware and even give your device a thorough healthcheck at the same time.

My device isn’t working but I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Can you still help?

Yes. It is our job to diagnose what’s causing your device to malfunction. Just give us a call and we will identify the problem.

Do you have computer parts for sale?

Yes. You can buy your new and used spare parts from us.

What are your opening hours?

Our phone lines are open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm and our call-out hours are very flexible. We also operate on public holidays.
