Need help setting up your new Android or Apple mobile phone or tablet?  We come out to you and set up from scratch, or transfer everything over from your old device.  This includes all your apps, contacts, photos, videos, messages, email and WhatsApp accounts, and customise the device to your requirements.

Need help setting up your new printer?  We come out to you, unpack it and initialise it for first use.  When we’ve finished, you’ll be set up and ready to print.

  • Set up your new printer in a suitable location.
  • Connect to your router.
  • Install the printer drivers and software.
  • Configure and test printer functionality.
  • Demonstrate printing from your computer, tablet and smartphone.

Need help setting up your new router?  We come out to you, install it and connect all of your devices via Wi-Fi and ethernet (additional charge for more than 5).  We will also run a speed test to make sure you are getting the internet speed you are paying for.  It’s surprising just how many devices use the router.

Need help setting up your new TV?  We come out to you, unbox it, attach legs or stand and place it in your desired location.

What’s included

  • Connect existing equipment such as a set-top box or DVD player.
  • Connect to your router.
  • Tune for Freeview channels.
  • Set up and sign in to catchup channels – BBC iPlayer, ITVX.
  • Set up and sign in to apps – Netflix, Prime Video. 
  • Short demonstration.
  • Remove old equipment and packaging for recycling.
